UPPER
• The upper is cut from 1.8 – 2.0mm Buffalo Side Smooth Leather, which is strong and has high wearing durability.
• The four pairs of eyelets and two pairs of ski hooks are made from steel, which has been treated with a corrosion resistant “gunmetal” coating.
• The lace is braided and made from a polyester yarn with high abrasion resistance together with a central core for additional strength.
• The collar padding material is from open cell foam for superior comfort and support.
IN-SOCK & TOP SOCK
• The in-sock is from a specially developed antistatic, non-woven material, which has exceptional directional stability, durability and comfort.
TOE CAP
• Extra wide fitting toe cap.
• Can withstand an impact load of 200 Joules.
SOLE: Inyati (PU/Rubber)
• The rubber is heat resistant, cut and abrasion resistance and provides excellent SRC slip resistance on most surfaces.
• The cushioned midsole is made from a flexible low density Polyurethane with a shore hardness of
45 – 55.
• The outer sole is made from a hard wearing PU/ Rubber with a shore hardness of 60 - 75.
LINING
• The vamp lining is made from a special needled Hi-Tech Fibre blend, which has excellent perspiration absorbency. This results in a low heat build up and a more comfortable shoe for the wearer.
• The quarter lining is from industrial material with good abrasion resistance.
